Over 50 years ago in the fashion industry, Savyon set up its factory in downtown São Paulo with the purpose of manufacturing knitted jacquard. Today it has a 5.5 thousand m² industrial park2 equipped with the latest generation machinery. Savyon's great differential are the fabrics and exclusive collections, with extremely elaborate weaves and on an industrial scale. Through its investments in qualification and technology, the brand is consolidated as one of the main suppliers in the Brazilian, European and American fashion markets.
To this end, Savyon has had the Operacional Textile Management System (SGT) since 2001. There, the SGT controls all textile production, from the entry of the raw material to the invoicing, and among the numerous advantages is the precision in the management of the processes of more than 200 production items.
“Our company has state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, and the SGT is aligned with this technology. In addition to the improvement in textile controls provided by the SGT, mainly related to the reduction of costs and greater productivity, we can work with a very small stock of raw materials, with the Textile Management System as an essential tool to indicate needs at the right time,” says Ronaldo Paes, Product Manager at Savyon.
