Established since the beginning in 1948 in the city of São Bento do Sul/SC, Fiação São Bento covers a built area of 45,000 m², divided into three independent units where the production, finishing, warehousing and shipping lines of products operate.
With a production capacity that exceeds 15,000 tons of yarn per year, the company supplies weavers and knitwear from the South and Southeast of Brazil, with the contribution of the Operacional Textile Management System (SGT), implemented since 1998 in the areas of logistics, sales, orders, costs, planning, production, maintenance and billing.
Now, with the upgrade of the SGT to the v500, Fiação São Bento improved the management and integration of the areas, incorporating new technologies, applications and functionalities, with real gains in agility, production planning and improvements in customer service, with the optimization of billing, monthly closing, the entry and separation of orders, purchases, with a new cost tool for management analysis and S&OP, improvements in the integration of the SGT with production machines and laboratory equipment, increasing production efficiency, in addition to improvements in the entire machine and equipment maintenance process, integrated with planning, warehousing, and purchases.
