Name behind brands like Valisere, Triumph, Cia. Maritime, Freshwater and Body for Sure, the Rosset Group was born as a small shirt factory in the 1930s founded by Henrique Rosset, who transformed it into one of the largest and most important textile groups in Latin America, and began to direct part of the revenue to the acquisition of new businesses, technological evolution and the development of products and machinery.
Today it consists of the companies Rosset and Doutex, in the textile and lace segment for underwear, fitness and beach, and by Estamparia Salete, which also provides services for third parties.
The Rosset Group has always been connected with evolution, and adopted the Operacional Textile Management System (SGT) in 2015, in order to have an effective and agile tool for providing resources and information in its daily activities.
The SGT integrates the areas of logistics, sales, costs, product development, production planning, programming, quality, supervision of looms and weft, warp and part knitting, in addition to dyeing, finishing, industrial maintenance, and cylinder and digital printing.
“The SGT is a tool that helps us manage the continuous improvement process. We extracted faster and more properly organized responses from the system, making the company even more agile and efficient, and doing more, by optimizing our assets and industrial resources, reducing inventory levels, working capital and costs, with greater precision in the responses to internal and external customers, so that the improvement is perceived by this audience”, according to the Rosset Group Board of Directors.
