Founded in August 2005, Huvispan develops cutting-edge solutions for the textile segment. Located in one of the largest textile centers in Brazil, in Blumenau/SC, there is a structure with approximately 21,000 m² of built area, to serve customers with processing, dyeing and finishing services, for knitwear and roll fabrics, in addition to acting as a distributor of Creora elastane, and metallized polyester and viscose yarns, throughout the country.
In 2019, a diagnosis was carried out to analyze improvements in the system, since, until then, only 30% of internal activities were systematized. After this careful process, Huvispan selected Operacional and officially brought the Textile Management System (SGT) to its manufacturing unit in 2021. Since then, the SGT supports inventory management, purchasing, receiving, orders, invoicing, shipping, third parties, CEPS, invoices, input coding, sales, costs, and production planning.
“Bringing in the SGT was a leap in quality. With greater control of the processes, agility and precision in the records, from the entry of the order to the invoicing of the merchandise, and production planning with better and more agile deadlines for customers. The implementation of the SGT marked the new phase, and it supported the company's growth by optimizing existing resources,” says Rafael Spengler Caminha, administrative and financial manager of Huvispan Textile.
