Founded in 1997 and with an industrial park in Suzano/SP, Elasfil was created to serve mainly the domestic market for coated elastic yarns, for various textile segments: socks, seamless products, ribbons, weaving, knitwear, sports, among others.
In 2003, the company had 100% national capital and accelerated its modernization process, investing heavily in machinery, equipment, laboratory control and quality processes, all of the latest generation.
Management systems needed to be aligned with this evolution and, in 2021, Elasfil do Brasil selected the Operacional one to implement the Textile Management System (SGT), and thus also have new technologies to manage, plan and control the processes specific to its business segment.
“As a specialized solution, the SGT brought gains in the management of Elasfil's logistics, sales, costs, planning, thread finishing and financial areas, and has been contributing to the growth seen in recent years, due to greater efficiency, standardization, traceability, sequencing and precision in the generation of data and information for better decision-making”, according to the Elasfil Board of Directors.
