Market leader in the bedding segment, and among the most modern and innovative textile companies in Brazil, Andreza Enxovais has over 40 years of tradition in quality, offering products with a very high standard of finish.
There are four manufacturing units, three in the State of São Paulo and one in Mato Grosso do Sul, with state-of-the-art equipment and more than 1,700 highly trained employees.
The headquarters, in Ibitinga/SP, produces 2 million pieces a month, including bedding sets, duvets, bedspreads, blankets, skirts, mattress protectors and pillows, created and developed by an exclusive team of designers.
Modern, innovative and focused on offering quality to its customers, it implemented the Operacional Textile Management System (SGT) in 2012. As a result, it further developed its agility in the production and commercial processes, due to the greater reliability in the data, and the consequent reduction of rework and costs. Since then, integration into process control has enabled specific diagnoses about the efficiency of each area and indicates the best paths in decision-making.
This is because SGT unifies information for the entire Andreza production chain, from the commercial order to the invoicing, through the detailed management of production in weaving, dyeing, printing and tailoring.
“The company continues to seek more efficiency and excellence in the manufacture of bedding every day, as well as the consolidation of market leadership. Thus, we naturally identified the SGT as the ideal tool, combining our expertise to achieve the best results,” says Andreza Enxovais's Board of Directors.
